Hello All,
A few updates. We will no longer be offering in person classes in the Boston area as we have moved to California!
We have been enjoying teaching our online classes since the pandemic, however, we are currently on hiatus from teaching classes. We have found it difficult with our individual projects for the time being to find a time where at least one of us would be able to be available for the amount of time to offer classes.
This has made it difficult to schedule classes for the near future.

Scene Study
One of the most intensive scene study classes for actors in Boston.
The focus of this 6-week acting class is scene work, with an emphasis on active listening, connecting, character development and text analysis.
We will also spend time on cold reads, the audition process and the Boston theatre scene.
This class involves working on several scenes with scene partners throughout the class. The class is structured so that actors present scenes at a high level of preparedness. This allows us to then instruct on how the work can be taken to the next level.
This class is for students who are serious and able to work hard during the six weeks.
If you are considering enrolling in Scene Study with us, you should ask yourself if you are willing and able to commit to preparing to your best level week in and week out.
Students will be expected to work on scenes with a scene partner outside of class.
Prerequisite: This class is open to students who have completed our Intermediate Acting class, equivalent training at another school or program, or significant work experience.
For 18 years old and up.

Prior students of Boston Acting Classes, who have completed up through Intermediate Class, must also receive approval to register for Scene Study.

Pay the full $275 or pay a non-refundable deposit of $40 to reserve your space in class. The balance of the class must be paid 72 hours in advance of the first class.

Due to the ongoing Pandemic and the state and local policies and guidelines regarding safety, we have cancelled this session of Scene Study. We will announce in person classes when it appears practical and safe to do so. We hope to see you soon!
